The schedule for the upcoming Summer 2011 broadcast is now online!
We will be back from 4pm on Thursday 30 June, and will be on air across the whole weekend, until 9pm on Sunday 3 July.
This year there are a number of new additions to our schedule, which we hope you will enjoy.
- On Friday lunchtime, Bryony will present the Deer Park Request Show, playing songs requested by pupils at Cirencester Deer Park School.
- On Saturday afternoon, you can hear our brand new documentary All About Moths – you can discover the fluttery night-time secrets of a Cotswold garden!
- On Sunday, our first ever food-themed programme comes in the form of Let’s Do It Local and Cook Up A Storm. Locally sourced ingredients are out there, so can Sarah cook a meal from them?
As ever, a number of familiar favorites will be returning to our schedules, including:
- The 4014 Show – featuring nothing but music from local artists.
- Jock Rock, featuring music from some of Scotland’s most talented musicians and singers.
- Write Out Loud, our successful on-air writing competition.
There will also be a live outside broadcast from the 2011 Cotswold Show; we’ll be live at the showground, giving you a taste of what’s going on.
Plus, another recording from the Churn Family Fun Day; this is the fourth year in a row that we have recorded the event for our broadcast!
So there’s something for everyone this July – you can read the full schedule here – and make sure to tune in from June 30th; we’ll let you know the frequency as soon as OfCom confirm it for us!
