In order to make sure that your contact details are accurate, we need to update the membership forms for 2011.
Existing members should download and fill in (by hand) a copy of our Membership Renewal Form (.pdf file format).
New members should download and fill out (by hand) a Membership Form (.pdf file format).
Please make sure you read the guidlines and code of conduct before filling out a form.

Please bring completed forms to the next meeting that you are able to attend, and note that you can not use our equipment without filling in a membership form.
