Keri Jones reports from Andorra, the tiny principality in the Pyrenees mountains. The country is not in the EU and Keri discovers how capital’s lowcost shopping has gone upmarket. He also learns how Andorra has transformed its ski resorts in the last decade by improving quality and removing the need to queue.
