Great Destinations Radio Show: Bratislava

Keri Jones visits the capital of Slovakia. Bratislava is set alongside the River Danube and was once the city where Hungarian royalty was crowned.

A huge, white hilltop castle overlooks the town. Keri tours the quaint old town’s lanes and he visits the eastern block monuments and unusual communist-era architecture, including the river bridge that resembles a UFO and the inverted pyramid that houses the radio network. Keri sees the city on a guided tour in a vintage Czech car.
